The main goal of our quality control room is ensuring that all our parts our thoroughly screen for any problems or defects before being shipped to the customer. It is a vital part in creating parts for the customer. The capabilities of our quality team are always improving and evolving as the technology in inspection continues to transform.
The inspection room follows a strict procedure of ensuring all the tools on the floor and in the quality area are calibrated. The area is also temperature controlled for the accurate measurements of parts and the accuracy of our machines.
Our Quality control room is constantly evolving to suit the needs of our customers. Our new CMM machine allows us to measure accurately and with a higher complexity than manual measurements.
We have a large variety of different sized pins and gages to check the accuracy of our parts. We also host a comparator to verify more complex radii, and angles.
